Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Students are eligible for a 100% refund if they request it within 7 days of enrolling in the course and have not yet started their classes.

Once a student has attended at least one class, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to our support team connect@speakinfinite.com within the 7-day window from the date of enrolment.

The request should include the student’s name, enrolment details, and reason for the refund.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the request is received and approved.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions:

No refunds will be provided for students who have attended at least one class, regardless of the reason for discontinuing the course.

Refunds will not be granted for any additional resources or materials purchased separately from the course.

Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment after attending one or more classes, they may do so, but no refund will be provided.

Course Transfer:

In cases where a student wishes to transfer to a different course within our platform, they may do so within the 7-day refund window, subject to availability.

 Any price difference between courses will be adjusted accordingly.
